Alex el creador de Soul Yoga. Su estilo poético y super creativo ha sido producto de la vasta experiencia que ha tenido en todo tipo de aventuras. Su inspiración es la vida, su escuela es la cotidianidad. Su método lo ha llevado a estructurar el Soul Yoga Teacher Training, el Soul Lab Avanzado y Love Lab "sabiduría para amar".

Formador de más de 2,500 instructores de yoga en México. ERYT-500. Certificado en Prana Flow con Shiva Rea, Acroyoga y Yoga Alliance.Ponente del Encuentro Nacional de Yoga, Congreso Holístico Guadalajara, Congreso de Yoga Reynosa, Congreso de Yoga Monterrey, Wanderlust, Yoga Fest y Yoga con Causa.

Autor de los libros "Alma Enamorada" y "Alma Inmortal"

Consuelo Ordaz, es practicante de yoga por más de 20 años, y maestra de yoga desde el 2013. Decide incursionar en el camino de la enseñanza para compartir los beneficios que ella misma experimentó, como camino de autorrealización, autoconocimiento y autoconciencia.

Entre sus profesores se encuentran Yoga Works, Shiva Rea, Alejandro Quiyono y Edward Clark. Es miembro activo de Yoga Alliance como E-RYT 500, YACEP.

Su estilo de enseñanza es Soul Yoga, un estilo de Vinyasa en el que a través de secuencias, mudras, meditaciones, poemas, mantras y música, se vive una experiencia de alma en cada una de las prácticas.
